Unfortunately we can not get back to everyone to tell them when an item is back in stock. Please just keep checking back to the website for updates!
IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO PURCHASE IT AGAIN?
Many of our items are one of a kind which makes it practically impossible for us to make it again. We post items regularly that may be similar so keep checking in! Yet, if there is something that you really love let us know because we can do a custom order where we can attempt to make something up that is as close as possible to the original item.
DO YOU HAVE A WAITING LIST FOR ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK?
Unfortunately we don't have one at this time. If there is something you MUST have feel free to email us and we can see if we can some up with something similar for you.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED OR WHEN I CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT?
We don't give shipping updates at this time. If your item is being shipped internationally it can take anywhere from a week to a month because of customs. Please be patient! Yet, if you feel like it has gotten lost in the postal abyss... shoot us an email and we will do our best to track it down!
CAN I CONTACT YOU BY PHONE?
Yes you can. Yet, we HIGHLY encourage you to email us first. We are in and out of our studio frequently and at odd hours. Email ensures a quicker response.
CAN YOU SEND ME ADDITIONAL PHOTOS OF AN ITEM I'M INTERESTED IN?
No, once an item is shot it is packed away for shipment. So unfortunately we can't take any additional photos.

WHERE CAN I FIND AN ITEM THAT WAS SEEN ON A BLOG OR IN A MAGAZINE?
Please keep in mind that we sometimes we make custom pieces for that use or thanks to many talented stylists the pieces may be shown in unique ways that may not be shown in our online store. So to achieve a shown look you may need to combine several pieces or request a custom order.
HOW DO I KNOW IF SOMETHING WILL FIT ME?
Leg, shoe, and shoulder jewelry are expandable and are one size fits most. Head pieces sizes may vary depending on style.
WHAT IF MY PURCHASE LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURE?
It's important to keep in mind that a large majority of our merchandise is made from one of a kinda chains and other pieces. The styles which we can reproduce are often made from our stash of materials that are similar... in attempts to get the same look. This also ensures you have a one of a kind piece! How cool is that?
